Chadron Family Trip and Spring

These are some pictures of our car just a little while after we got in a wreck with the deer on our New York trip.  The damage is a little more subtle then the pictures show.  They ended up replacing the fender, front bumper cover, hood, light encasement and mount, and a support bar under the hood.  It was estimated to about $2,500 in damage.  Thankfully we just paid the deductible and car looks like new again.

We drove a 2012 Mazda 6 for a while but it did not get as good as gas mileage.  It did have more space and we took it to Chadron. We went to Chadron this year with the family but unfortunately did not take any pictures.  It was great to see family that we have not seen in awhile.  There was lots of food and games.  It was great to see the nieces and nephews running around together.

Since, we go back to Lincoln we have been busy with Jami in school and seeing people at OneWorld in Omaha.  I have been studying for the DAT, which I retake this week.  I have worked little trying to focus on studying.  We have really enjoyed the temple also being there on a regular basis and learning from it.  We finished planting our garden.  We will post pictures but we have over 30 tomato plants and lots of bell peppers that we finished planting.  We have some plants at the Vance's, which is a couple that is in the bishopric in the singles ward and then the rest i potted and left at my boss's place.

These are pictures of Jami's legs.  We moved a freezer and when she rested it on her leg to get a better grip it left these bruises a few days later. She does bruise really easily and this kind of shows it.
