End of 2014

Justin survived another semester.  He spent the last little while helping Johnny with his deck project on top of doing school and clinicals.  The best part (for me, anyway) is that he got a transfer approved, so he is now finishing out school here in Lincoln.  I have been so happy, and am excited that he will be able to be involved with the pregnancy.  He even came home a day early and surprised me...while I was wrapping his Christmas present.  If he would have come home 2 minutes earlier, there would have been trouble.

We were excited to see Jordan and Alyssa get married.  We are very happy for them, and are glad to welcome someone new into the family.  Right after their reception, we started our trek out to Utah for Christmas.  Roads weren't the best, but they were a lot better than they would have been if we waited for the day we were originally going to head out.  We made it out to Utah just in time to get sick, and we are still getting over it.  So, we didn't do a whole lot out there besides take naps.  It didn't feel much like Christmas. Due to weather, we headed back a couple days early, but that let us spend a little time in Hershey.

We rang in the new year by going to bed at 10.  With us still getting over being sick, we weren't feeling too much like partying it up.

Other than that, I worked a couple days this week, and Justin has been working for Dr. Harn. He's mainly been working on the flooring, and started laying brick for a fireplace yesterday.

This is Jami while we were cruising down the interstate.

This is a picture that I took from the drive way of Justin's parents when we got to their place after driving through from Utah.
